Yadda za ku daidaita barcinku a lokacin Ramadan

Watan Ramadana, wata ne da malamai ke kwaɗaita wa mutane tashi cikin dare domin gudanar da ibada da nufin samun kusanci ga Allah da kuma neman rahamarsa.

To a gefe guda kuma lokacin daren ne mutane ke samun barci domin samun hutun gajiyar da aka wuni ana ɗauka.

Bacci wani muhimmin ginshiƙi ne ga lafiyar ɗan'adam, wanda yake matuƙar taimakawa wajen inganta lafiyar al'umma.

Kan haka ne BBC ta tattauna da likitoci da kuma malamai domin jin yadda musulmai za su daidaita baccinsu ba tare da sun cutar da kansu ba daga matsalar rashin baccin.

Muhimmanci barci ga lafiyar ɗan'adam

Dakta Salihu Ibrahim Kwaifa, wani ƙwararren likita a Abuja, babban birnin Najeriya ya ce a likitance barci na taimakawa wajen inganta lafiyar ɗan'adam ta hanyoyi da dama.

''Na farko a lokacin barci ne ƙwaƙwalwa ke samun hutu, kuma a lokacin hutun ne duk wani abu da ya damu ƙwalƙwalwar take samun damar magance shi,'' in ji likitan.

Ya ƙara da cewa akwai wasu sinadarai da sai a lokacin bacci ne jiki ke fitar da su, saboda an fi buƙatar aikinsu.

''A lokacin, sinadaran ke tauye yunƙurin cin abinci, saboda haka idan ba ya barci zai iya samun matsalar ƙarin ƙiba,'' in ji shi.

ƙwararren likitan ya kuma ce barci kan sa bunƙasar garkuwa jiki, wato yanayin da zai sa garkuwar jiki ta bunƙasa ta yadda jiki zai yi faɗa da ƙwayoyin cuta.

Dakta Kwaifa ya kuma ce bacci na rage hawan jini, saboda shi dama hawan jini yana da alaƙa da ciwon zuciya ne da yawa, don haka yin bacci yana sa zuciya ta rage matsalar da ke damunta.

Haka kuma likitan ya ce bacci na rage damuwa da gajiya da sauyin yanayin mutum.

Muhimman barci a musulunce

Sheih Murtadha Muhammad Gusau babban limamin masallacin Juma'a da ke garin Okene na jihar Kogi, ya ce barci na da matuƙar muhimmanci a addinance.

''A musulunci idanun mutum suna da haƙƙi a kansa haka ma gangar jikinsa da iyalinsa, kuma a matsayinka na musulmi ana so ka bai wa kowane mai haƙƙi haƙƙinsa'', in ji shi.

''Cikin hadisin Bukhari na Abu Huraira, Manzo S.A.W ya ce ''Don haka ku bai wa kowane mai haƙƙi haƙƙinsa''.

Malamin addinin ya ce daga cikin haƙƙin da mutum zai bai wa jikinsa da idanunsa har da barci.

''Allah ma a cikin al'qur'ani na cewa ya sanya dare (barci) ya zama hutu a garemu'', kamar yadda ya yi ƙarin haske.

Ya ƙara da cewa bacci wata ni'ima ce da Allah ya sanya wa mutane, don haka bai kamata mutum ha hana wa kansa ni'imar da Allah ya huwace masa.

Sai dai ya ce hakan ba zai hana mutum gudanar da ibadun da aka kwaɗaitar da yinsu cikin dare ba, yana mai cewa abin da ya kamata mutum ya yi shi ne ya ware wa kansa lokacin bacci.

Barcin sa'a nawa ya kamata mutum ya yi a kowace rana?

Dakta Salihu Kwaifa ya ce a likitance akwai adadin sa'a'in da ake so kowane mutum ya samu barci, domin ƙoshin lafiyarsa.

Sai dai likitan ya ce lokacin baccin ya bambanta dangane da rukunin mutane.

''Su ƙananan yara ana so su yi samu wadataccen lokacin bacci'', a cewarsa.

Amma ya ce mutum mai shekara 60 zuwa ƙasa ana so ya samu baccin sa'a bakwai zuwa takwas a kowace rana.

''Amma su waɗanda suka manyanta daga shekara 60 zuwa sama ana so su samu baccin da ya kai sa'a shida zuwa biyar'', kamar yadda ya yi ƙarin haske.

Dabarun bacci a lokacin Ramadan

Kasa dare gida uku: Malamin addinin ya ce a addinance ana bai wa musulmi shawarar kasa darensu zuwa kashi uku.

''Kashi na farko ibada, na biyu bacci kashi na uku kuma na iyalinsa'', a cewarsa.

Kan haka ne malamin addinin ya gargaɗi mutane da su guje wa shafe tsawon dare suna bacci ba tare da tashi ibada ba, musamman cikin watan Ramadan.

''Haka kuma kada musulmi ya ce duk tsawon dare ibada zai yi, ba zai yi bacci ba, nan ma zai cutar da kansa'', in ji shi.

A nasa ɓangare kuma ƙwararren likita Dakta Kwaifa, ya ce yana da kyau kowa ya lissafa sa'o'in da yake buƙatar baccin.

''Idan ka so tashi da daddare kana iya kwanciya da wuri, ka samu wasu sa'o'i cikin dare, in ya so bayan sallar asuba, sai ka ƙarasa awa gudan ko da rana'', in ji likitan.

Ƙailula: Sheikh Murtadha ya kuma ce yana da kyau mutane su riƙa yin baccin ƙaiƙula wato baccin rana, tsakanin sallar azahar zuwa la'asar.

Malamin ya ce addinin musulunci ya kwaɗaitar da yin baccin ƙailula.

''Annabi S.A.W cikin hadisi yana cewa ''ku yi ƙailula domin shaiɗan ba ya son ƙailula''.

''Kuma ka ga duk abin da Annabi ya kwaɗaitar, to tabbas yana da fa'ida mai ƙarfin gaske'', kamar yadda ya yi ƙarin haske.

Shi ma Dakta Kwaifa ya ƙarfafa wannan zance inda ya ce ''idan ka samu baccin awa biyar da daddare, da rana sai ka ƙarasa sauran awa ukun''

Ba dole ba ne sai ka yi shi a lokaci guda ba, kana iya raba su abin da ake so cikin awa 24 ka samu awa takwas na bacci.

Kwanciya da wuri: Sai dai kuma la'akari da masu aikin rana Sheikh Murtadah Gusau ya ce idan ba su samu damar baccin ranar ba to sai ru riƙa kwanciya bacci da wuri.

''Sai a kwanta da wuri domin samun damar tashi a yi ƙiyamul laili'', kamar yadda malamin ya yi bayani.

Ya ce abin da ya kamata da zarar an kammala salllar isha'i da tarawih, to sai ya kwanta bacci ba tare da ɓata wani lokaci ba, domin hakan zai taimake shi wajen tashi cikin dare domin ci gaba da sallolinsa na nafila.

Shi kuwa Dakta Salihu Kwaifa cewa ya yi idan ka kwanta bacci da wuri, ƙwaƙwlwarka za ta huta, jikinka zai huta ta yadda har za ka iya tashi da wuri.

Ya kuma gargaɗi masu kwanciya su kuma riƙe wayar hannu da cewa hakan ba ya bai wa ƙwaƙwalwa hutu.

''Shi kallon waya da karatu ai ƙarin aiki ne ko nauyi ga ƙwaƙwalwa'', in ji likitan.

Tsara lokutan bacci: Haka ma malamin ya bai wa mutane shawara su tsara wa kansu lokutan muhimman ayyukan da za su yi a kowace rana, ciki kuwa har da lokacin barci.

''Wata ne da ake yawaita ibadu da azkar, saboda shi wata ne da idan ya wuce shikenan sai wata shekarar, don haka bai kamata a yi sakaci a cikinsa ba''.
